Chef and Owner

Stéphane began his career with Le Charleville 6 years ago when former owners, Gerry and Josée Noel, hired him as a sous-chef. During his time as sous-chef Stéphane was able to perfect his techniques and discover more about his passion in gourmet cuisine. Stéphane was quickly promoted to Head Chef where he brought his love of food and French influence to the kitchen to create delicious meals. 

In June 2021, Stéphane was named as new owner of Restaurant Le Charleville. He continues his work as head chef and hopes to carry-on the legacy Le Charleville.
