Our History

Opened in 2003, Le Charleville is situated in a beautiful century-old heritage house in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Québec. Le Charleville was opened after seeing the opportunity to bring the city of Vaudreuil-Dorion the experience of fine french dining cuisine. Once the idea came to life, the community fell in love with their creative menus and wonderful staff. As of June 2021, current head chef, Stephane Boudreau, was named as new owner of Restaurant Le Charleville. Stephane hopes to carry-on the legacy Le Charleville currently has to their customers by continuing in offering a warm ambiance, with excellent food and service from staff.
